We don't live in AZ so she made sure we understood how purchasing a home here works from a legal perspective - very detail oriented! Susie responds very quickly: the first time we ever spoke with her, she toured a home for us an hour later using Facetime. With her steady guidance, we made an offer that evening and eventually closed on the house. She patiently worked through inspection issues between buyer and seller and provided excellent feedback on options when we asked for her opinion. On top of all that, Susie is super friendly, and so easy to talk with.
